Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for products and services (including digital products, subscriptions, custom development and website work) supplied by us. By purchasing our products or services you agree to the terms below.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made through our website, contracts, or invoices. It covers:

  • One-time products (themes, plugins, downloads)
  • Services (development, design, consulting)
  • Subscriptions, support and maintenance plans

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Typical eligibility rules we follow:

  • Digital downloads: Refund requests received within 14 days of purchase may be eligible if the product was not substantially accessed, downloaded, or activated.
  • Services & custom work: Refunds are not provided for time already billed and work already delivered. Partial refunds may be issued where deliverables were not provided as described.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Pro-rated refunds for unused time may be provided at our discretion and depend on the subscription terms at purchase.
  • Support plans & maintenance: Refunds are not generally available after services have been provided, but exceptions may be made for non-delivery.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments for third-party services (hosting, licenses, APIs) are non-refundable.
  • Fees paid for domain registration, transfer, or renewal are non-refundable after the registrar processes them.
  • Any work explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase will not be refunded.
  • Chargebacks initiated with the bank without contacting us first may result in account suspension and no refund.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number or invoice, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Attach any relevant evidence (screenshots, error logs, or a copy of the work delivered).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information to evaluate the request.

Refund Timing & Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Bank or card refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear on your statement depending on the payment provider.

Digital Products & Licenses

For digital goods (themes, plugins, templates):

  • If the product fails to function as described and we cannot provide a fix within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued.
  • We may require access to a staging or development environment to reproduce issues.
  • License keys disabled due to breach of terms (e.g., redistribution) are not eligible for refund.

Services, Projects & Deliverables

For custom development, design and consulting:

  • Refunds are not available for work already completed and accepted by the client.
  • If a project is cancelled mid-way, refunds will be pro-rated: charges for work completed and third-party costs will be deducted; the remainder may be refunded.
  • All refund or cancellation terms specified in the contractual agreement take precedence over this policy.
